About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a positive experience from vehicle check-in through repair completion. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
  • Explain recommended maintenance and repair services in a clear, professional manner.
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates.
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
  • Keep customers informed of repair progress, delays, and additional service recommendations.
  • Review completed work with customers and explain invoices.
  • Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
  • Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and safety standards.
  • Help achieve service department sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to build trust and lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Sales and upselling experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
